Valerio has been with us since opening month. He trains hard everyday and eats clean too! He often brings his post workout meal with him. He has some killer leg workout routines and has the quads to prove it!
Lesley has been working out for 3 years and in that time she has put on 10 pounds of lean muscle! She has made it a point to educate herself in fitness and now shares her knowledge with others who may be just getting started on their own fitness journey. She is a wonderful example for her 4 young children, showing them the importance of a fit & healthy lifestyle.
Kyle works out at least 5 days a week. He is happy working out alone or with a buddy! We appreciate that he is very courteous of others, always re-racks his weights, and often does so behind others who don't! He recently started bringing his girlfriend with him to the gym and is enouraging her to workout!
Kayla works out at least 5 days a week, she's happy to workout alone or in a group! She continues to make strides toward her fitness goals and has been an inspiration to others along the way! She recently started working with her teenage daughter and is teaching her to lead the same fitness lifestyle!
Jeremy works out 5 or 6 days a week. Since joining he has been super consistent and has made massive strides toward his goals! He's lowered his body fat percentage and put on a lot of muscle! We've watched his form improve every day and now he's even helping his wife learn to lift!
Hope works out twice a day, 4-5 times days a week. She enjoys the 5 AM classes and works on strength & toning with her trainer 2 days a week. She has made great strides toward her fitness goals since joining! She has gotten stronger and now has visible muscle tone! She's on a roll and shows no sign of letting up!
Summer works out several days a week here at the gym with a lot of focus on legs & glutes, she also enjoys running outside! She does a great job of maintaining her goal to be a fit mom and is setting a positive example for her 2 young children about the importance of exercise and living a healthy lifestyle!
Lance works out with his trainer several days a week and often does 2-a-days (cardio & abs in the early morning then weight lifting after lunch)! He is well on his way to achieving his goals to decrease body fat and increase muscle mass!
Kole works out 5 nights a week and is happy to workout in a group or on his own. He participates in many of the men's records and currently holds the record for men's heaviest back squat! His goals are to put on muscle and be as strong as he can be!
Allison works out 5 days a week, she can often be caught offering a helping hand to newer members and is very approachable. Her goals are to remain consistent in her healthy lifestyle and to tone up.
Ms. Donna works out 5 days a week, she enjoys taking classes. She has a goal of running a full marathon but her ultimate goal is to be healthy and off her medications!
